Why We Give Back
Living and working in the Lake Martin Area has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with families, neighbors, and businesses across the area. These relationships have provided us with so much over the years, we feel it’s only right to give back.
Our Spencer Heating and Air at Lake Martin Gives Back System Giveaway was created to do just that. By donating a new HVAC system each year, we can help bring comfort, safety, and peace of mind to one household in our community. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us to serve you for more than four decades.
How to Nominate Someone
Nominations for the 2025 Spencer Heating and Air at Lake Martin Gives Back System Giveaway open October 20, 2025, and close on November 9, 2025, at 5 PM.
Here’s how to nominate:

- Share the story of a family or individual in Lake Martin, Dadeville, Alexander City, Eclectic and surrounding areas who could benefit from a new HVAC system.
- Submit your nomination before the deadline.
The recipient of the new HVAC system will be announced during the week of November 10, 2025.
What the Recipient Will Receive
The selected recipient will receive:
✔️ A brand-new HVAC package system
✔️ Expert installation by our trusted Spencer at the lake team
✔️ One year of free maintenance to ensure comfort and peace of mind
This package is designed to keep their home safe, efficient, and comfortable year-round—through chilly winter nights and the hot Lake Martin area summers.
