Cancellation Policy: We understand things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment with us. There is no charge for canceled appointments.

Return Policy: All of our repair work is 100% guaranteed. Installed parts or equipment cannot be returned. Our replacement parts have a one year warranty on parts and labor and will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Spencer Heating and Air Conditioning at the Lake. All new HVAC systems carry their respective manufacturer’s warranty and cannot be returned once they are installed. The exception is a new system still within manufacturer’s warranty that malfunctions and will be repaired or replaced within the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
